Hola everyone! Happy Monday! After being cooped up indoors all weekend, I’m finally out of the house and currently at work. It’s my lunch hour so I thought I’d share this post with you all. Here in Spain, people have their lunch at 3pm. So you can literally imagine my hunger right now.
Last week I went to the Festival des las Naciones held here in Seville where I wore this dress. This dress can be worn with anything – with leggings or without, with any pair of heels, flats or sneakers but I chose to style it out with my suede mules. And obviously, “when in Rome, do as the Romans do” being in this country, I had to keep up with the Spanish culture and bring out the handheld fans. But personally, I would wear this in any season. Winter is near – throw on a long coat and some ankle boots.
Unfortunately, the dress did not compliment the weather on this day but that’s probably due to the colour. On the other hand, the mules were very comfortable so I guess it still worked out well in the end. This dress was purchased from COS and my mules were bought from Topshop. I know what you’re thinking, “wow, a change from Zara”. Sadly, the dress isn’t available in stock any more but you can still purchase the suede mules in a sky blue colour.
Yours sincerely, Madiya’s Wardrobe
